Change of plans

Sean, Jackson, and another named Sean which is I significantly altered our movie's direction, steering it toward the narrative of a on the loose dangerous serial killer. Our plot starts with Rhys an extra In  our film going for his morning jog through the woods. We will film this on a nature trail so it makes it look more realistic. We will also go early in the morning to film because the trail usually fills up in the after noon. Fills up with tourists and nature walkers, joggers. Our plot will now consist of the murderer which is also the park ranger kills a jogger. Then is then spotted by another jogger which manages to get away from him. The jogger Rhys runs back to his vehicle. First scene in car him calling his friend which then calls the cops. The murderer hides the body. When Rhys returns with the police officer he leads him to the sight of the body. They body is no where to be seen and he swore it was right there. The police doesn't believe him and leaves. Once he leves the killer lurking in the bushes makes eye contact with Rhys. The kuiller chases after he throws dirt in the killers eyes he is stunned. Rhys gets away and alerts the cop. The cop comes back sees the killer and arrests him. That is our film and it should be well put together. If jackson decide he would like to be a body instead of a cop we will let that appen and replace sean Halfpenny with him. Jackson will likely be the cop and the body. The body may be rough dragging in the woods would have to be careful to not scratch him since itd be on a dirt road. Safety is impirtant to us and we will be mindful of each other. As that is th best way to be.

Production Blog : Filming Finished

  The intro of the film is finally done. I managed to finish editing and finalizing the video during these last couple of days. Putting it all on iMovie made it about 3 minutes long, unedited. First round of cutting unnecessary clips brought it to 2:30. Then I did some speeding up, cutting, and transitioning. I got it to a little over 2 minutes. So I just had to go back and curt a few not as needed clips. I proceeded to think of how to make the title come up and transition into it. I managed to figure out a way and it came out so good. Both me and my partner thought it was best to put the title at the very beginning, instead of following the traditionally way of it being at the end,  This made it exactly 2 minutes.  We filmed many clips. It was a little difficult on having to figure where things should be cut at. In addition, as well as having to decide which things have to get taken out and don't make it to the film. Now all I had to do was figure out how to line all the clips up

Production Blog: Camrea Angles

      We think camera angles are very important in a film. We think they are important because it can make a movie better with several different camera angles. Camera angles are important to enhance reactions, theme and the over all mood of a film. When a camera angle displays a reaction it is usually a close up or a over the shoulder shot. We plan to use many over the shoulder shots and medium close ups. We want to use medium close ups during our dialogue to display our emotions and facial expressions. For our over the shoulder shots we would like to have us both in a single shot over the shoulder. For example we will likely have a scene where we get into the car for a over the shoulder shot of us talking. Some other cameras angles we would like to incorporate would be a high angle to show the dog in the pool. Since they are important to our film we want to use as many as we can.
