Production Blog: What's Next?

     What's next? Currently we are deciding what camrea angels and shots we will produce during our movie. Camrea shots and angles are always a easy way to make a movie better. Now that we have a base of dialogue and idea for our film we are now deciding camrea angles and shots we want to incorporate. First of all we definitely want to use a close up shot of the dogs face. Next we want to use an over the shoulder shot to show the dog during one of the first scenes were the people pick it up. In the scenes containing the pool we want to use a high angle shot to show the whole pool. Throughout our scenes we will try all shorts of angles and shots to make sure we get the right one that we both like. It is important we both like it to make our movie better. Overall so far we have a accurate idea of what will happen during our movie. Although some set backs may be the weather recently it has been extremely stormy. If it rains we may continue to shoot the outside shots. Unless it is lighting outside we will not film that day. If it does rain that would make our video better because it would take off the spotlight that we are just doing this for a movie not meaningful. Since the movie is meaningful we would go to great lengths to make it as real as possible. This movie will be meaningful to us because of its close to home story. My groupmate as also gone through a similar thing said in our last blog. As of now we are on schedule and the weather looks good for our filming date. Our filming date will be early April. So far we are on schedule.
